Consent for a Criminal History Background Check:

The Vine Church has contracted the services of an independent firm to perform criminal background checks on all NextGeneration volunteers. Reports are confidential and viewed only by The Vine Church staff and filed in the applicants secured file. Personal information is protected under the Privacy Act. Reports obtained will be guarded accordingly.

Note: Any reported misdemeanor or felony will be discussed with you and the Vine Church Elders and may be grounds for denial of application to work with children.
